Request menu update from the Checkle team
You can request the Checkle team to update your menu for you.

Important note: The Checkle team will take 2 business days or less to update your menu for you.
Please be as detailed as possible with any instructions you turn in with your menu update request.
You can drop in a URL or a file and our team will copy your menu into the structured format in your Checkle profile. We will always make your menu into a structured format.
The Checkle team will send you an update as soon as the menu request updates are complete.

1. Log in to Your Checkle Account
• Access your Checkle account via the website and enter your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Menu Section
• On the dashboard, go to the Menu section. This is where you can manage or request updates to your menu.
3. Request a Menu Update
• Look for the “Request Menu Update” button or a similar option in the menu section. Click on it to initiate a request for Checkle to handle your menu.
4. Provide Your Menu Details
• You will have options to provide the necessary details for your menu update:
• Upload a PDF: Attach a PDF file of your current menu.
• Provide a URL: Paste a link to the menu if it’s hosted online.
• Describe Changes: Include specific instructions, such as price updates, item additions, or formatting preferences.
5. Submit the Request
• After providing the menu details, click Submit Request. This will send the request to Checkle’s support team.
6. Confirmation Email
• You will receive an automated confirmation email from Checkle acknowledging that your request has been received.
7. Wait for Human Review and Action
• A member of the Checkle team will review your request. They will:
• Extract and format the menu data based on the provided information.
• Ensure the menu aligns with the platforms Checkle syncs to.
8. Receive a Status Update
• Within two business days, you’ll receive a follow-up email with one of the following:
• Draft Status: A draft version of the updated menu for your review.
• Published Confirmation: A notice that the menu has been published and is live across platforms.
9. Review the Menu (Optional)
• If a draft is provided, review the changes and confirm or request additional edits if necessary.
10. Menu Live on Platforms
• Once finalized, the updated menu will sync across all supported platforms. This can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 business days.

• Be clear and detailed when providing menu instructions to avoid delays.
• Keep an eye on your email for communication from the Checkle team regarding your request.
