Connecting Instagram

The reason to connect Checkle and Instagram is so you can post from Checkle onto your Instagram profile.

Instagram does not have any attributes like hours, menu, etc.

This will all be under the 'Connections' tab in Checkle for Business.

1. Click on ‘Connect’ under the Instagram logo.

2. Click ‘Yes, all set’

   1. This step is confirming that you’ve converted your page to a Business Profile. If you haven’t, this page has instructions on how to do that below.

3. Click ‘Go to Facebook’

   1. Facebook owns Instagram. In order for you to connect your page, you’ll have to have to be sure your Instagram profile and your Facebook page are connected.

4. Fill in the checkbox that says “Opt in to all current and future Instagram Accounts” and click ‘Continue’

5. Choose the relevant Instagram profile you'd like to connect to the venue you're editing in Checkle.

In order for Instagram to connect to Checkle, there are a couple settings you’ll have to make sure are up to date on your Instagram profile. Both of these settings are free to do.

These settings are:

• Your Instagram page needs to be a business account

• Be sure you’ve connected your Instagram account to the proper Facebook page
