How to manage your review campaign

To begin the set up process for your review campaign with Checkle, here is how to get to the page:


  1. Log into your Checkle account. 
  2. Click on the reviews tab on the left side of the screen. 
  3. Click on "Reviews Campaign"
  4. Set up your campaign with the details you'd like to use for your campaign.

After you've set up your campaign with the appropriate details, be sure the switch at the top of the page is turned on to be active.  


With the Checkle review campaign, you can encourage your customer to either:

- Leave a review on Google or Facebook

- Follow / like your page on Facebook or Instagram

Description

This is the prompt you'll use that your customers will see on their screen after they've scanned your QR code. 

Review Site Sources

You can send your customers to Google or Facebook for reviews. 


We would recommend Google - it is the most important for capturing reviews. 

Social Site Sources

You can send your customers to your Facebook or Instagram page to grow your audience. 


Printing your QR Code

In order for your customer to see the prompt for your review campaign, they'll have to scan a QR code that is provided in the Checkle software. 


Here is how to get to the page for printing your QR code:

  1. Log into your Checkle account.
  2. Click on the reviews tab on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click on the 'Campaign QR Code' button.  

You have 2 options to choose from on how you'd like to print out your QR code:

  • Print out the QR code only
    • This allows you to insert the QR code on your own design.
  • Use our printable template
    • This allows you to quickly print out a card that is designed by the Checkle team.
